Math- We are reviewing telling time to the hour and half hour. Math vocabulary includes minute and hour hand, half past, thirty and o'clock. Ask your child to tell you the time on an analog clock in your house (has a face and hands, not digital) when you notice it is on the hour or half hour. We have discussed counting by 5's around the clock, so practice some other times too!
Literacy- In preparation for Grandparents Day, during the next two weeks, some of our writing will be about our grandparents and things we enjoy doing with them.

History- We will learn about Daniel Boone, as we begin our last history unit, Exploring the West.
