LITERACY- We will get back into word study and literacy groups right away. We will be focusing on contractions in grammar.

MATH-  We will be continuing to add and subtract numbers through 20, using the language of tens, ones and  place value.

BIBLE- January's Bible verse is Psalm 24: 1-2- "The earth is the Lord's and everything in it, the world and all who live in it, for He founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters."

HISTORY- We will focus on pharaohs, mummies, and pyramids.

January 30- Talent Show, 1:30 in the gym. Students must sign up by Jan. 9th, which is THIS Friday!

February 11- Jump Rope for Heart

February 13-16- Winter break- If more than 2 days have been missed due to snow, we will have school on Feb. 13th.
