History- We will finish our unit on colonial times, by learning about some of our country's symbols, and our capital.
Literacy- Word Study spell checks will be on Thursday this week. We are working on books in Writing Workshop. Asking our friends, "What else would you like to know?" helps us add more to our writing.
Math- We are learning to add one and two digit numbers, with and without regrouping. We use place value sticks. Each time we make ten, we take away ten ones cubes and trade them for a ten stick, on our place value charts.
